These meetings are held to increase engagement between the board of trustees, township staff and our residents. The goal is to improve transparency and accountability from administration and increase awareness of what services and functions the township can serve. This is directly related to the communication goals set in the Strategic Plan.

By hosting these meetings, the township is improving the dynamics with the community and making sure residents know we are listening. They have served as a combination of learning experiences for our residents and elected officials about what is important to our community.

The topic for this meeting will be what the township has accomplished year to date and what we hope to accomplish, we will reintroduce our Strategic Plan and discuss our newly improved portal for complaints on our website.
