Zoning Administration

Permitting

Zoning Administration issues zoning certificates and is the start of the permitting process in Harrison Township.  To get permits for new business, modifications to buildings or properties, or to build a new structure, including a shed you first need a Zoning Permit.  Applying for a zoning permit can be done by downloading a form and submitting it  via email, mail or in person to the Development Department.

We can help you get applications for needed Fire Inspections, building permits from Montgomery County and if you need to do work along a road way a Right-of-Way permit is also required.
