An application for a non-residential property that wishes to construct a new building, make additions to their existing building, or make any site changes (such as parking or paving changes).

An application for any property wishing to construct an accessory structure (such as a detached garage or shed).

An application for a residential property that wishes to construct any type of fence.

  1. Non-Residential Fence Permit Application

An application for any non-residential property that wishes to construct any type of fence.

  1. Permanent Sign Permit Application

An application for any property wishing to install a sign.

A worksheet for each individual proposed sign. The sign application comes with one; if more than one sign is planned, fill out a sign worksheet for each sign.

  1. Temporary Sign Permit Application

An application for anyone wishing to put up a temporary sign that will be up for no longer than 30 days consecutively.
