You must schedule a meeting with the Township Planner prior to a conditional use application being accepted.

An application for someone that disagrees with the interpretation of the Township Planner. This is at least a 30 day process and the Board of Zoning Appeals will hear your case to determine if the Township Planner’s decision / interpretation should be upheld.
