When reporting street light outage, please try to obtain the pole number.  It will be on the pole facing the street. If you cannot obtain the pole number, then try to obtain the closest address.  If the pole is at an intersection, please determine the corner on which the pole is located.  Example: pole on the northeast corner of N. Main Street at Shoup Mill Road.

Service will be restored for minor damages within (3) business days and within (7) business days for major damages.
