Garvin Condominiium Owners Association is comprised of only the unit owners living within the boundaries of 3030-3150 Garvin Road.

Although we maintain an open line of communication with residents on streets in the surrounding area, these residential areas are not part or our association.

As a condominium association within the Harrison Township community, we fully support the neighborhood associations and will continue to work towards the common goals and guidelines set forth by the association.

Within the last three years, in addition to our very pro-active neighborhood watch efforts to eliminate the car to car drug transactions from our neighborhood, we have also undertaken several major exterior maintenance projects on our condominium's.  These projects have made significant improvements to the appearance of our neighborhood and Harrison Township recognized our accomplishments through our exterior maintenance projects in an article in their quarterly newsletter in 2009.
